Objective: Recognition of the main principles of biochemistry and cell membrane structure

 

Course outlines (17 hours theory):

·         Water, tampon, functional groups (one hour)

·         Carbohydrate structure (3 hours)

·         Fats structure (3 hours)

·         Structures of amino acids, peptides, proteins and enzymes (6 hours)

·         Structure of the cell membrane (2 hours)

·         Electron transport chain and membrane exchange (2 hours)
